Every Shirtley Temple item is made to order. We begin producing your item after your order is placed instead of pulling it from a giant warehouse full of questionable life choices.
Because each item is created specifically for you, please allow time for printing, quality checks, and fulfillment before your order ships.
Processing Time
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2 to 7 business days.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, print provider, order size, product availability, holidays, major sales, and other busy periods.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location, the product, the print provider, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Any delivery date shown at checkout or in your tracking information is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Production time and shipping time are separate. The estimated shipping time begins after production is complete.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not entered production.
Once production begins, an address change is not guaranteed. Changes to a different destination country cannot normally be made after an order enters production.
Shirtley Temple is not responsible for unsuccessful delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout. If an order must be produced or shipped again because of an address error, additional charges may apply.
Returns and Exchanges
Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Incorrect size selection.
Change of mind.
Ordering the wrong color, product, or design.
Buyer preference.
Minor variations that are normal for the printing or manufacturing process.
Please review the product description, color options, and size chart carefully before placing your order.
This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the product you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review the issue.
Please include your order number, a description of the problem, clear photos showing the issue, and a photo of the entire item when possible.
For sizing or placement issues, we may also request photos showing the item laid flat with a measuring tape or ruler.
Please do not return the item unless we specifically ask you to do so.
If your claim is approved, we may provide a free replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances. The available resolution will be determined after the issue has been reviewed with our fulfillment partner.
Normal variations in print placement, garment measurements, colors, embroidery, or other production characteristics may not qualify as defects.
Size Issues
Our shirts use standard unisex sizing, but fit can vary between products and individuals.
Please review the size chart before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we cannot normally offer a replacement or refund when the selected size does not fit as expected.
If the garment you received is a different size from the one ordered, or its measurements fall materially outside the product size chart, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include a clear photo of the size label and photos showing the garment laid flat and measured according to the size chart.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived and the tracking information has not updated for an extended period, contact us as soon as possible.
Before contacting us, please confirm that the delivery address is correct and check with your local carrier or post office.
Shipping issues must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to determine whether the package qualifies for a replacement or refund.
A replacement or refund is not guaranteed when the package could not be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or another circumstance outside the control of Shirtley Temple or the carrier.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please first check around your property, mailbox, building entrance, and any secure delivery locations.
Please also check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and your delivery office.
If the package is still missing, contact us promptly with your order number and delivery details. We will help review the tracking information and available options.
A delivered tracking status does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement. Any resolution will depend on the results of the carrier and fulfillment review.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Customs processing may cause additional delays. Shirtley Temple cannot control customs decisions, processing times, or local import charges.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order can be legally imported into their country.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after purchase. Changes and cancellations are therefore not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately with your order number and the requested change.
If the order has not entered production, we may be able to update or cancel it. Once production begins, we may be unable to change the product, design, size, color, shipping address, or shipping method.
Submitting a cancellation or change request does not confirm that the request has been accepted. We will let you know whether the modification was possible.
